Brit to be Extradited to Spain on Suspicion of Murder

A British man wanted in Spain on suspicion of murdering his girlfriend has been ordered by a judge to be extradited.
Christopher Chittock, 36, of Ipswich, Suffolk, was detained on a European arrest warrant last month on suspicion of killing his girlfriend, Sarah Shields.
The body of the 23-year-old woman from Ipswich was found by Spanish police in Gran Canaria on the 7th of July. An enquiry had been launched by both Spanish and English authorities when the youing woman was reported missing after failing to return from her holiday.
A spokeswoman for City of Westminster Magistrates’ Court said Deputy Chief Magistrate Daphne Wickham ordered the extradition.
